Since 1979, Osteria del Gatto e la Volpe has preserved a tradition rooted in medieval Florence. As early as the 14th century, an osteria stood on this site, frequented in the days of the Bargello and, in the 15th century, by those connected to the Palazzo del Podestà. Today, on Via Ghibellina, the osteria continues to express the Florentine spirit through authentic, convivial cuisine.
