Just steps from the Boboli Gardens, on Via Romana, Trattoria Boboli is part of the "Alimentazione Fuori Casa" (Eating Out) network of the Italian Celiac Association (AIC).

Fresh pasta, bread and ribollita are also available gluten-free, prepared following AIC procedures. Our staff is trained by the association, which regularly checks our work, from choosing the ingredients to serving at the table.
